Power Your Life Coaching Agreement

Investment Fees:    COACHING PACKAGE (comprising E-DISC Test +1 Analysis session + 1 Coaching session; 6 individual coaching sessions as agreed) require discounted investment of  $ TBD to be payable as mentioned below in Payment section. The client undertakes to provide a testimonial in their own words describing the value they received from the coaching sessions at the conclusion of their package and provide a referral.

Schedule: To be determined in consultation between Coach & Client.

Procedure: Face to Face, if possible, or Phone coaching through freeconferencecall.com, Client will call at the agreed time using the toll free calling facility provided by the coach – 02 8077 0507, Participant code 709630# or through zoom or other online video conferencing. The calls may be recorded for the benefit of listening back purpose, if agreed. It will be shared with the client if requested.

Changes: Rescheduling or cancellations of appointments should be done at least 24 hours before planned date.

Confidentiality: I recognise that anything the client shares with me is regarded as confidential, whether it is business or personal information. I undertake not to, at any time, use or disclose any information the client shares with me in a session.

Coaching: The client is aware that coaching is in no way to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of therapy. Coaching results are not guaranteed. The client enters into the coaching with the full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results. Client / Coach may choose to discontinue at any time after giving open feedback and willing to clarify / resolve any queries with coach and vice versa during the coaching.
