‘Empower Zen Community’ is run with by friend Sally Estlin and Me. It’s a group for people who are interested in personal development, spiritual growth & expanded consciousness. 🤩💫
Just to let you know a little about us – Sally is a holistic healer; I’m a transformation coach / NLP Master Coach, & hypnotherapist and we are both quantum energy healers.
Sally & I have been working together for a number of years including running a similar Facebook group.
There are two ‘Empower Zen Community’ groups. One is free where we do lives and run events, like challenges, the other is a paid Members only group; subscriptions are $100 per month.
In the Members group we conduct weekly classes, called ‘Set-up Sunday / Motivation Monday’ because it takes place on Sunday evenings in North America and Mondays mornings in Australia-New Zealand.
In these sessions, we do goal-setting, accountability, personal development, meditations & card readings. Once a month, we have a Member Spotlight where one of the members gets a 10-minute slot to promote their business or educate the group. This group is about connecting on a personal level for support & community.
Here’s some additional info about what ‘Empower Zen Community’ is all about …
- This group is for people who are committed to the development and growth of their emotional, spiritual and physical well-being.
- We bring together a community of like-minded people who support, champion and uplift each other.
- We meet weekly to provide community, personal growth, healing and accountability.
- We set a theme, do meditation , learn new personal development skills and strategies 🤩; pull some intuitive cards , set goals and provide accountability for the week ahead.
Bottom line, this group is about having FUN, goal setting, maintaining momentum, accountability, hanging out with like-minded people and most importantly PERSONAL GROWTH & HEALING.
These sessions are recorded if you can’t make it to the live event.
We’ll also be having various Masterclasses with special guests.

I used to dread Mondays, however, since joining the Holistically Empowered Mindset Group with Ally & Sally, I’m eager to welcome Mondays and to get amongst the other amazing group members.
